We’ll match the price if you find a Feathr product for sale at lower price elsewhere. You can only request a price match before purchase.
To claim a price match, please email proof of the lower price to [email protected] – e.g. the price you’ve found, along with the store name or web address. You’ll then receive a discount coupon to complete your purchase at the matched price.
Terms & Conditions
- You can only request a price match before purchase.
- Price match will not be granted unless suitable proof of the lower price (e.g. shop name, web address) is provided.
- The product must be identical and new.
- You can only match prices to stores located in the same country as your shipping address.
- Price matches must be in the same currency.
- The Price Match Guarantee excludes any Feathr products found on wholesale or discount websites.
- The Price Match Guarantee is only available where the lower price is publically available and not subject to member or personal discounts.
- The Price Match Guarantee is only available for orders made directly from www.feathr.com by end customers. It is not available to trade customers.
- Typograhpical errors are excluded from the Price Match Guarantee.
- Feathr reserves the right to reject a Price Match request if it does not meet these Terms & Conditions. Feathr’s decision on a Price Match is final.
