Favourite Wallpaper Competition

HOW TO ENTER

 The #FeathrWallpaperFavourites Pinterest competition (‘’Competition’’) is run by Feathr. Pinterest is not responsible for, endorsing or sponsoring it. You can reach Feathr via email [email protected] for more information. 

To enter the competition, we ask you to create a Pinterest board with up to 20 images made using our Feathr Room Simulator. You can either upload and use your own room photos or use our readily available photos to create the images for your Pinterest board. You can use one photo or several different photos. 

The Pinterest board must be tagged with #FEATHRWallpaperFavourites to qualify for entry to the competition. 

When your board is ready, go to www.Feathr.com/favourite-wallpaper-competition and enter your contact details and submit a link to your Pinterest board. 

The competition ends on April 18th 2022 (‘’End Date’’). Feathr will choose one (1) winner to receive a prize of USD $1,000 to use on www.feathr.com to purchase wallpapers and wall murals for their home.

HOW IT WORKS 

To enter, you will need to create a Pinterest board called #FeathrWallpaperFavourites. The board can contain between one (1) and twenty (20) images. To create the images for your board, go to Feathr Room Simulator. Upload your own room image(s) or use the room images readily available to create your dream room designs with Feathr wallpapers. Pin these room images with Feathr wallpapers to your Pinterest board.  

Submit your contact details and a link to your #FeathrWallpaperFavourites Pinterest board at Feathr.com/favourite-wallpaper-competition. Feathr will go through the entries and select one winner based on the quality and creativity of the Entry images. 

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (‘’Rules’’)

1. The competition closes on April 18 2022 and Entries after the End Date do not count. The winner will be announced on May 2nd 2022. The winner will be contacted by email. 
2. You must be 18 years or older to enter. The competition is open worldwide (excluding Russia, Belarus, North-Korea and Ukraine or any country that has a conflict of compliance between the federal, state, and local laws and these contest rules). 
3. Feathr reserves the right to disqualify entries based on inappropriate content. 
4. One Entry per person. One board counts as one Entry. That one board can contain multiple images. All Entries must be submitted by the original writer of the Entry. Multiple Entries by one person will be disqualified.
5. By submitting your Entry, you understand that you are entering the Competition and agree to these Competition rules (“Rules”). Feathr reserves the right to exclude any Entry from the Competition at any time if they have a reason to believe that the entrant has breached any of the Rules.
6. By uploading your entry using your image, you confirm that you have the full right to use the image. The image must be your original work and not violate anyone’s proprietary or intellectual property rights. Any entries that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others will be disqualified. You shall defend or settle against any claims that arise as a result of infringement at your sole expense, and you shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Feathr from any suit.
7. Copyright in all Entries submitted for this Competition remains with the respective entrants. However, entrants agree that by submitting an Entry to the Competition, they grant Feathr a royalty free, perpetual irrevocable worldwide license to use and republish their Entry images for publicity, news, advertising, promotional purposes, website, social media channels without any further notice, review, consent, compensation or remuneration.
8. Feathr has a panel of judges who will choose one winner based on the quality and creativity of the Entry images.  
9. The winner will be contacted by email.  The winner has 14 days time to respond or another winner can be chosen by Feathr. The receipt of the prize is upon the condition of compliance with federal, state, and local laws. 
10. Feathr’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into. Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
11. The prize is USD1,000 credit to use on the Feathr.com website. The prize credit can be used for any wallpaper or wall mural (‘’Goods’’). The prize credit is non-negotiable, non-transferable, non-refundable. It must be used at one time and cannot be converted into cash. The credit can be used on multiple products.
12. VAT is included for Goods delivered to the EU and the UK. Outside the EU and the UK, the winner will be liable for local taxes for the Goods if applicable.
13. The Goods will be delivered with tracked express courier service. Production time for the Goods is up to one week.
14. By entering the Competition, all entrants consent to the processing of their personal data by Feathr for the purposes of administration of this Competition. Feathr will need the winner’s: name, address, country, email and phone number to fulfill the delivery of the Goods. The winner can refuse to give any of this information and in that case, the entry is disqualified.
15. FEATHR reserve the right to modify, delay, postpone or cancel the Competition in the event of circumstances outside of its reasonable control. Feathr reserve the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate in the event that non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond your control impact or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of the contest/giveaway. 
16. Feathr reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to eliminate or disqualify any entries or entrants that it regards as being in breach of these terms and conditions or the spirit of the Competition. Those who try to circumvent the entry process and/or entry instructions by any method, will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
17. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Feathr, including each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parents, successors and assigns, and each of our respective officers, directors, employees, agents, or shareholders, harmless from any claims, actions, suits, losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) relating to or arising out of your license, sale or possession of the Price and/or Your participation in the Contest, including: (1) Your breach of this Agreement or the documents it incorporates by reference; (2) Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party as a result of your own interaction with such third party; (3) any allegation that any materials that You submit to Feathr or transmit in the course of the competition or auction, communications seeking Feathr’s consent to activities or otherwise, infringe or otherwise violate the copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property or other rights of any third party; and/or (4) any other activities in connection with the Contest or Price. This indemnity shall be applicable without regard to the negligence of any party, including any indemnified person. 
18. Any personal information that entrants share with the Promoter will be kept secure and only used in line with these terms and conditions unless the entrant has opted in to future marketing from the Promoter and/or the Supplier. By entering the promotion, entrants agree that their information may be used by the Promoter to administer the promotion and winners consent to give their name and country for the winners’ list. 19. This Agreement and all matters related to it shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with laws of Finland without regard to its conflict of law provisions and without regard to the actual country of incorporation or residence of either party. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Finland, in connection with any action arising under this Agreement, except to the extent otherwise stipulated by applicable mandatory legislation. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination or validity thereof, shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Finland Chamber of Commerce and in accordance with the Finnish law. The seat of arbitration shall be Helsinki, Finland. The number of arbitrators shall be one. The language of the arbitration shall be English. You agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to the Agreement must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.
