Since launch, Feathr has empowered artists to unleash their creativity to transform interior spaces. We’re really proud that our community of artists is rich with female talent—over 60% of our creators are women, each bringing their unique vision and style to the table. It’s something we truly cherish and want to celebrate.
Anne Puukko, founder of Feathr, is taking the opportunity this International Women’s Day to spotlight some of the remarkable women artists we’re lucky to collaborate with in creating our wallpaper and fabric collections. She’s highlighting five Feathr artists whose work is not only visually stunning but also pushes the boundaries of what we imagine interior design can be.
As we mark International Women’s Day, it’s a chance to reflect on the incredible contributions of these women to the art and design world. Their work enriches our environments and inspires us to see our spaces in new and exciting ways. At Feathr, supporting these artists and amplifying their voices is at the core of what we do.
Here’s to the talented women who continue to inspire and challenge us. Let’s keep supporting their creativity and filling our spaces with art that resonates. Happy International Women’s Day from the Feathr team!

In her designs she combines her painterly art with her digital skills, continually studying the delicate balance between accident and control. For abstract artist Kiki Slaughter, her method is often her muse. Her paintings are best described as an experiment with the fundamental process of painting. She pours, scrapes, layers and otherwise manipulates paint on the canvas to create works that are rich in both color and texture. She is inspired to paint by the very act of painting. In the process, she create artworks full of timeless beauty.
Melissa Renee
Melissa Renee is California-based international resin artist. Growing up between two worlds, she was shaped by country living in the South, and sunny days spent at the beach in Southern California. The ocean captivated her heart, inspiring her artist name ‘Fiery for Deep Blue’ and her passion for capturing dreamy and dramatic seascapes. Rendered in perfect detail, these are artworks to lose yourself in.
